Digital health platform and services launched in Delhi

In line with the vision of Prime Minister of India’s ambitious program of digitalization of healthcare in India, H R Biocare launched India’s first integrated digital health platform at ‘Health Premier League 2015’ in the capital in the presence of C K Mishra, additional health secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. More than 500 delegates from different hospitals, government and private sector drawn from different Digital-health-platformspecialties from India and the United states participated in the day-long conference to discuss and deliberate preventive strategy on combating cancer and diabetes.

Dr Harsha Vardhan, managing director, H R Biocare said: “We have developed a holistic digital health platform that will connect leaders of healthcare and leading doctors to provide and share needed expertise in critical disease management. We are planning to start digital health centre in different parts of the country starting with one in Jaipur, Patna, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.”

A van with digital health facility is being designed by H R Biocare to connect leading public and private institution to rural India. This will enable reach of expertise concentrated at metros to different parts of the country.

On this occasion, Med Achievers Award 2016 was announced. The awardees include Sir Ganga Ram Hospital as best institution in private segment, Dr Shiv Sarin director ILBS, Gaurav Malhotra, Young Healthcare Achiever and many others.
