Sessions at the DIA 2015 51st Annual Meeting will bring together individuals across all disciplines in the discovery, development, and life cycle management of health care products with a goal of fostering innovation that will lead to the development of safe and effective medical products and therapies. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center from June 14 to 18. This year’s program co-chairs are Michael Rosenblatt, MD, Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, Merck & Co., Inc. and Christopher P. Austin, MD, Director, National Center for Advancing Translational Science, National Institutes of Health.

The meeting includes more than 245 educational offerings over 20 tracks on today’s hottest topics surrounding 21st Century Cures, health care applications of cloud computing and disruptive technologies, patient engagement, repurposing of drugs, and social media strategies. For the second year, DIA also will host The Walking Gallery, a patient empowerment movement founded by artist Regina Holliday (June 15, 4-6pm).
